Paranormal Frequencies is a completely free service. Please contact us with the form below and let us know what we can help with. Once we have an understanding of your specific situation, we will arrange an investigation in your home, business, or other location.  

What to expect:

• Prior to conducting our investigation, we will first go through a short intake form.  This allows us to understand the nature of the activity, locations of the experiences, spaces our team will not be permitted to go, as well as establish any further safety protocols.

• For the protection of the home/business owner as well as the Paranormal Frequencies investigation team, we will provide a release form which allows us the ability to conduct the investigation free of liability for the team as well as you.  There will be space to indicate which pieces of the investigation are allowed to be shared as well as where they can be shared to.  To be clear, nothing will be shared without your consent, especially personal information.

• Once all the logistics are completed, we will perform an initial sweep of the location to get comfortable with our surroundings.  It is preferable that this will be done while there is still natural light and good visibility.

• We will identify "hot spots" - areas with a higher concentration of energy - and will set up equipment to begin the investigation.  For our actual investigation, we prefer to work in the dark, or at least without natural light.

• Investigations will not have a set amount of time unless indicated by the client in advance. Ideally, we would like to do our pre-investigation, sweep and set up as well as investigation in 2 -3 hours.

• Once completed, the Paranormal Frequencies team will ensure all equipment is packed away and as best as possible, the location will be left as found when the team arrived.

• All evidence review will be done following the investigation and a detailed report will be provided to the client.

• Should evidence of a haunting present itself, investigation follow-up may be recommended by Paranormal Frequencies or as requested by the client.

• Evidence such as EVP (Electronic Voice Phenomenon), EMF/Temperature readings, photos and videos will only be shared on social media if consent is provided by the client, as noted above.
